Do you charge admission?
Yes. Admission is required to access the estate and visitor experience areas. Guests are welcome to browse our shop free of charge; however, admission is required to enjoy the gardens, lavender fields, farm animals, seasonal attractions, walking areas, and other estate experiences.
Do you allow dogs on the estate?
No. Dogs and other pets are not permitted on the estate.
This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of our farm animals, wildlife, crops, and guests, and to help maintain the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere enjoyed by all visitors.
Service animals assisting individuals with disabilities are welcome in accordance with applicable legislation.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, Interac Debit, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Can I bring a picnic?
No. Outside food and beverages are not permitted on the estate unless expressly authorized by Between the Vines. Water bottles and items required for medical or dietary needs are welcome.
Can I pick lavender or flowers?
No. To preserve the beauty and health of the estate, guests may not pick, cut, or otherwise remove lavender plants, wildflowers, crops, or other vegetation unless participating in an authorized activity specifically designated for that purpose.
Can I feed or interact with the animals?
For the safety of our animals and guests, animals may only be fed or handled as part of designated and supervised activities. Guests should not enter animal enclosures, chase animals, or offer food without staff authorization.
Can I take pictures?
Yes, personal, non-commercial photography is permitted and included with admission.
Professional photography sessions, commercial photography, influencer content creation, brand photography, and client-based photography require a photography reservation and prior approval from Between the Vines.
Photographs, videos, and other content captured on the estate may not be used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Between the Vines.
Corporate photography, commercial productions, advertising campaigns, film projects, and other media activities require advance authorization and may be subject to additional fees, insurance requirements, and scheduling restrictions.
Can I fly a drone?
No. Drones, remote-controlled aircraft, and similar devices are not permitted on the estate without prior written authorization.
Can I smoke or vape on the estate?
No. Smoking, vaping, and the use of cannabis products are prohibited anywhere on the estate.
Is the estate accessible to children?
Yes. Families are welcome. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times and ensuring they follow estate rules and respect the property, animals, and other guests.
What should I wear?
Between the Vines is a working agricultural estate. Guests should wear comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear suitable for uneven ground, grass, gravel pathways, and changing weather conditions.
What happens if it rains?
Between the Vines operates in a variety of weather conditions, and many guests enjoy visiting the estate on cooler or lightly rainy days. We recommend checking the forecast and dressing appropriately for the weather.
In the event of severe weather or conditions that may affect guest safety, Between the Vines may delay, modify, or close certain attractions or the estate entirely. If the estate is closed by Between the Vines, affected guests will be offered the opportunity to reschedule their visit or receive a credit for a future visit.
Are tickets refundable?
General admission tickets are non-refundable.
Guests may reschedule their visit up to 72 hours before their scheduled admission time through our online booking system, subject to availability.
Refunds, credits, or rescheduling are not available for missed visits, late arrivals, weather conditions, personal scheduling conflicts, or variations in flower bloom timing, crop conditions, seasonal displays, agricultural attractions, or animal availability.
If Between the Vines closes the estate due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our control, affected guests will be offered the opportunity to reschedule their visit or receive a credit for a future visit.
Certain special events, workshops, exclusive experiences, photography sessions, private bookings, and other premium offerings may be subject to separate cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies. Where applicable, these policies will be communicated at the time of booking and will take precedence over the general admission policy.
