Visit the Estate
Welcome to the Estate!
Between the Vines is a small working lavender estate nestled in the hills of Dundas, Ontario, within a UNESCO biosphere reserve. Visitors are welcomed into the rhythms of the land — where lavender fields, grazing animals, bees, and seasonal plantings create a landscape that changes throughout the year.
A visit to the estate includes a tour at the top of each hour. Guests are invited to walk the grounds, observe the animals, and experience the quiet beauty of a working farm.

What You Will See
Guests exploring the estate may encounter:
• Lavender fields and seasonal plantings
• The young vineyard and orchard
• Highland cows grazing peacefully
• Southdown Babydoll sheep
• Honeybees working the fields
• Heritage chickens scratching in the yard
Every visit is slightly different depending on the season and the work being done on the farm.

The Spirit of the Estate
Between the Vines is first and foremost a place of real agricultural work. Lavender must be tended, animals cared for, bees watched carefully, and the soil stewarded season by season.
Guests are welcomed into that living process — not as spectators, but as participants in the atmosphere of a working rural estate.
